Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Shipping Issues

KillSpec is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it enters processing quickly. For this reason, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations after purchase.
