Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During product launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If significant delays occur, we will do our best to notify customers.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates are:

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
KillSpec is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KillSpec is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
KillSpec has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or fulfillment locations. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

We will review the claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution if applicable.
